Common questions
What's the difference between coaching and therapy?
Therapy looks backward to heal — coaching looks forward to act. Both have a place. If you need to process trauma or work with a clinical condition, see a licensed therapist. If you need clarity and forward movement, that's coaching.
Can I do coaching virtually?
Yes — most coaching sessions work great over video. In-person is available too if you're local to Union or willing to travel. We'll pick what serves you best at intake.
